Quali-Fi was built by researchers who got tired of the gap between what research teams needed and what the tools actually delivered. The software matters. So does the team behind it.
Our Story
Before Quali-Fi, our team spent years doing research. Running focus groups, writing discussion guides, cleaning data at 11pm before a client presentation. We know what it feels like when the software slows you down on a deadline.
That experience is why we built this. Not because we saw a market gap, but because we kept running into the same problems and couldn't find a tool that actually fixed them. So we built one.
The platform is the product. But the people behind it are what make it work for you. We show up when things get complicated, we listen when something isn't right, and we keep building based on what researchers actually tell us they need.
Our Journey
QFi Solutions was founded by a team of market researchers who had spent years running studies for agencies and brands. The original work was consulting: helping clients design better research, not software.
Clients kept arriving with requirements that existing survey platforms simply couldn't handle. The team started writing custom code and plugins for those bespoke projects, and piece by piece, that work grew into a platform of its own.
The internal tool became a real product: Q-Fi Surveys, a proprietary platform launched under the Logit Group. The first paying customers were research agencies with the same pain points the team had been solving for themselves.
The second major release came straight from user feedback: more visually engaging question types, richer interactions, and a drag-and-drop survey builder. We also began building custom integrations for insights community panels and client apps.
Steady releases sharpened advanced survey capabilities, reporting, and analysis, nearly all of it driven by user requests. Alongside the platform, we built custom business insights tools powered by advanced quantitative projects.
When fieldwork moved online almost overnight, we kept refining the platform so research teams could keep collecting data without missing a wave.
As government and enterprise clients came on board, we strengthened the platform’s security and compliance posture, building GDPR, PIPEDA, and PHIPA support into how it works rather than bolting it on afterward.
Q-Fi separated from the Logit Group to become an independent market research SaaS company. V3 shipped the same year with improved usability and our first qualitative modules: discussion boards, panels, focus groups, and video interviews.
Quali-Fi replaced the Q-Fi Surveys platform: one application for qualitative and quantitative research, powered by Rhoxi AI for survey creation and analysis. A more intuitive interface, with advanced methodologies like Conjoint and MaxDiff built in.

How We Work
A lot of software companies hand you a help center and wish you luck. We don't do that. When you start with Quali-Fi, you work with people who understand research, not just the product.
Onboarding is hands-on. We help you set up your first project, walk through the parts that matter for your specific workflow, and make sure your team feels confident before we step back.
After that, we stay close. If something breaks, you reach a person who can actually fix it, and we stay on it until it's resolved. If you need advice on how to structure a study, someone on our team has probably run something similar. And when you give us feedback, we take it seriously because most of what we've built came from conversations exactly like that.
